One of them, when he saw that he had been healed, returned and praised God with a loud voice. He fell on his face at Jesus’ feet and thanked him. Luke 17:15-16
Today, November 25, is my survivor date for BreastCancer#2 – the date Dr. Gresik skillfully removed my entire tumor, leaving clean margins (and a better than expected cosmetic result to boot!). WooHoo!
Wanting to thank God (and thank all of you!), we hosted a Thanks and Praise Celebration last Saturday. Nearly 100 beloved family and friends gathered. Beautiful! Exactly what I had hoped for!
But so many more of you loved us through this bittersweet year, so I want to share a glimpse of our celebration with you and invite you to pause and thank God with me.
Jacqui created a slideshow to help us remember God’s faithfulness. Will you watch, remember, and thank God “for the gracious favor granted us in answer to the prayers of many?” 2 Cor. 1:11
You can’t tell from the picture, but I wrote THANKS!!! with post-it notes, each shouting a specific thanks. So good for me to remember!
Praying we know Him more and more as Faithful!
